i have the lg rumor from sprint and it has a memory card i can put on my comp. i have never downloaded ringtones before and i want to use itunes to download one of my songs as a ringtone. can i download the ringtone to my sprint cell phone (verizon ringtone)

on myxertones.com they send you a text message and you have to follow the link to download the ringtone which is supposedly free. but when i had cingular it cost me like a dollar to download a free ringtone. my question is will it cost me money to download a (verizon ringtone)
