i have the lg rumor from sprint and it has a memory card i can put on my comp. i have never downloaded ringtones before and i want to use itunes to download one of my songs as a ringtone. can i download the ringtone to my sprint cell phone (cingular ringtone)

my parents blocked my phone, so now it doesnt go on the internet, and my friends can not send me video, sound or picture messages. this is really annoying, since i can not get ringtones from the internet to my phone. does anyone know any other way to get ringtones (ringtones)
