i know there are several sites out there that say that their services are free, but then when you text them, they say you have to pay some sort of fee. is there any website out there that i can go to where they have free ringtones, no strings attached? (cellular ringtones)

my friend always got free ringtones. like actual songs. is there an app you need to buy for this or what?. you will need to make them yourself. you can not have the ringtone texted to your iphone. you need to make them, download them to your pc, then sync (free ringtones)
